Which Class Should I choose?

Currently all classes (except 1-2-1 sessions) are conducted online and a 2-week recording access is given to all participants.If you are new to Yoga or my classes I advise that you write to me first.

Building on the foundation laid throughout the week in our active and general ability classes, this session pushes the boundaries of your practice, exploring more advanced poses with precision and intensity. Suitable for at least 2 years of Iyengar Yoga experience with ability to do inversions.
